I am using form manager for a company that wants to accept orders for print jobs online. Ideally, I would like their email notification to contain fields that don’t actually show up on the form itself (kind of a “for internal use only” sort of thing). Is there a way to do this? If so, what is the best way. I thought maybe I could do it with ‘private fields’ and custom email notifications, but I haven’t had any luck with that.

Private fields should be accessible in custom e-mail templates. The fields have to have a nickname, and use the [item (nickname)] shortcode to access them. If you did these things correctly then I’m not sure where the problem lies.
