    Hi, how do I include JavaScript in an existing plugin?

    Specifically I want to include toggle (+ – elide) in contact form plugin, do I use
    wp_enqueue_script or wp_register_script, and where do I call the javascript, is it in my index.php?

    Fast Secure Contact Form,

    I sort of have it working since it has option to insert HTML before a form field
