Real estate WP site?

I am setting up a real estate site on WP so it will be easy for a realtor to manage. The realtor office has 5 agents and will grow. I found several WP plugins and themes to display properties and do MLS searches. So far, WP Property and Optima Express IDX Plugin\s look the best to me. I would very much appreciate feedback from anyone using these plugins or suggestions for others.
