Hacked site

Hi,
my site has been hacked now 10 days ago.
At the beginning it was redirecting to some russian sites if thorught search engines but it was still fine if typing the url.
Now it is considered malicious and I can not see anything (0 access in the last 10 days) and I can not even log in to my dashboard.
No message, it only takes me back to the login page.
I couls see that the .htaccess file was written with this redirect, we deleted it but it came back and things seem to get worst and worst by the time.
I really need help
