Contact Us Form Recommendations Anyone?

Hello,

I am looking for a sleek, cool looking contact us form as well as a newsletter sign up widget of some sort.

I know that Contact 7 is the go to….but it’s a bit ‘plain’.

I like form that glow when you click the field to be entered. I tried HTML5 contact form but for some reason it would not work with my Dynamix theme. I moved to ContactMe but later found that the cool floating contact button was hosted on their server and thus leaves me in the cold should they have a melt down. Currently I am looking at Gravity Forms but would love to see what you thought.

Any help or direction for a slick contact form? I am not adverse to paying for one either.
