Plug-in not working ?

    Hi everyone,
    Genesis Simple Headers plug-in and WYSIWYG plug-in were downloaded to my wordpress and are in my Rustic word press theme and activated but I can’t seem to find where they are at, to use them. Can anyone help me on this matter ?
