Problem with statpress-visitors plugin !

    Hello
    When I active this plugin , Plugin can not be active and show me this error:
    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare statpress_print() (previously declared in /home/*******/domains/p30af.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/statpress/statpress.php:1364) in /home/********/domains/p30af.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/statpress-visitors/statpress.php on line 129
    what I do?
    this plugin is broken?
    please help me!
