Help! My archives are gone.

Hi,

I hope someone is able to help me. I was trying to install the bad behavior plug-in yesterday and I decided against it. I did install mod re-write but it is not activated. This morning I noticed that all of the archived posts are not there. By that I mean that if you try and click on a link to a previous month, the post is missing. However, if I enter the wordpress edit mode, I still see all of my posts there.

What’s happened? Is my database gone? Is my mind gone? (That’s a rhetorical question.)
