Plugins, like Spam Free WordPress, that modify the comment form fields don’t need “manual code” changes if your comments.php file uses the comment_form() function as the instructions explain.
Post all the code from your comments.php file at http://pastebin.com/, then post a link to that pastebin code here. I will reply with a pastbin link that will contain the modified code you can use to replace your existing comments.php code.

Todd, please don’t modlook posts just because you don’t like them or someone does not seem to understand how to use your plugin. The Original post appears to be a valid question and you have already answered it as a support question.

Don’t suggest I use modlook if you aren’t going to deal with a clear case of abusing he forum to bash without asking for support.
This person left a bashing comment for two plugin authors without asking for support.
Check back in about 6 months, and that account will still have only that bashing comments for plugin authors without asking for help. This behavior does not foster support, it gives people the wrong impression. I have successfully helped every single person that has asked for help using my plugin. Comments that bash my plugin are nothing more than a slap in the face.
This thread should be deleted.
This is not a comment forum, it is a support forum.
