Menu not revising. Getting ERROR Message

I am trying to revise the Menu and keep getting redirected to an ERROR PAGE that reads:
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

It’s getting frustrating. I have NO Firewalls on, I have restarted my computer several times, and the result is exactly the same. Is WP having problems?

*Side Note: I haven’t updated my WP Software because I cannot risk losing my content.
