Blank page when users logged in

Users can’t log to the admin interface because it yields a blank page after they sign in. I recommended the use of strong refresh and cache cleaning as recommended by previous posts in this forum but to no avail. I can login as an admin and I haven’t installed any new plugin as of late. Any advice will be much appreciated.
