Switched Servers Lost my WP

    HI there,
    I am sooooooooo lost when it comes to WordPress so please excuse my lack of knowledge here with proper terms.

    I had a blog set up on my server connected to my Dreamweaver site, and I switched servers and moved what I thought was all my information to the new server, yet all my wordpress info is no where to be found, all I really want is all my post I had made, any help on where I would find these files?

    Your posts are in the database. If you still have access to your previous site you need to backup the database then restore it onto your new site.
