Jetpack Stats Not Recording Views

Hello! I’m having a problem with Jetpack Stats on a blog that I help run. We can post a new article at 10AM, get 10 comments on it by 5PM, and Jetpack stats will still show 0 views for that page. This is obviously impossible by the 10 comments received on the page.

Additionally, it seems like once a page shows up in Jetpack stats for the day, I can view the page in another browser on my machine, and the hit is recorded within seconds by refreshing the stats page. However, if I view the day’s new post, in that same other browser, it doesn’t register in my stats.

Any ideas/solutions? I’m ready to throw in the towel and move to another stats package, but I’d love to know if there’s a better solution.
