It was removed from the repository.
No security issues involved, just some protocol ones. Further information has been sent to the plugin devs.
It still works. If you have it on one site, you can copy the files up by FTP.

I have the same issue no upgrade – all icons disappeared and dont show. Removed everything and tried to rollback to the v4.2.4 and still having the same issues.
Un/Re-installing and clearing cache does not work for me. Will have to remove it from all my sites until it works 🙁 Pity as it is the nicest looking plugin there is…IMHO
