Blank Screen on Admin URL (wp-admin)

when i try loggin using the Wp-admin URL i couldnt see login page but when i try log in using wp-login.php i could see login page.Why Admin URL is getting blank screen.Does it mean it is hacked.
I tried to login with my user ID and password using wp-login.php, I’m getting a blank screen.
But website URL is working fine.Only my admin URL is having problems.I tried resetting my password but still the problem persists.Is my website got hacked.Please some one help me.
