Problem in the editor and user bar

    Some authors are reporting that is not showing the text editor or a user bar. The strange thing is that for me and others the bar and editor is showing.

    I’ve asked to clean up the cache of the browsers, i don’t have a plugin of cache anymore, but the error insists for these users.
