I've downloaded a ThemeForest WordPress theme but csan't see how to upload

Hi,

I set up a WordPress blog and chose to upgrade to get a more-business-like domain, the .com instead of the wordpress.com

I looked at the themes available and none were suitable for my needs.

I found this theme:

and I liked all the different options available, so I paid for it and downloaded it.

However – I’m now stuck! This is my first real experience with WordPress and despite coming across so many people who think it’s a simple platform to use, I’m really struggling. I don’t understand how to upload my theme and the more I search for answers the more confused I’m getting.

Do I need to use some sort of ftp thing, or buy hosting? Or can I do it without? Don’t really want to spend any more money to be honest, so if there’s a free and easy way of uploading it I would like that, lol! But I am happy to pay if need be.

Also, just so you’re aware… I have very little knowledge on this! I don’t even know what ftp to use or anything.

Can someone with more experience help me out? Pretty please? This is hard!
