Intro page resolution problem

    Hi folks!

    I made a wordpress page with an intro/splash page.

    My page:
    The Haze Works

    The problem is, i made this background image, and put a youtube video in front of it, but it keeps shifting depending on the users resolution!
    As you probably can see for yourself…

    How can i make this page so that it keeps the background from falling out of screen, and fix the youtube video on the chosen spot to align with the background??

    I want it to look like THIS

    Im kind of a newb on this, so please be gentle 🙂
