Dashboard menu disappeared

    Hi, when I go in to my database now the menu bar at the top line is gone there is nowhere on the page to log in, im completely stuck as I cant edit, go back to dashboard or update anything, Does anyone know what might have caused this and how I can fix it.

    Did you mean “dashboard”? Are you referring to the Admin bar?

    Try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

    – re-uploading all files & folders – except the wp-content folder – from a fresh download of WordPress.

    I tried changing the theme that didnt work
    I deleted the plugins that I added yesterday and that didnt work
    I installed a new download on wordpress and that didnt do it either

    In phpmyadmin where are the tables for resetting, i couldnt find them
