Dumb Question

OK, I’m pretty sure there is a simple fix to this, but I can’t figure it out yet. I’ve started a blog on another one of my sites, and I want to tighten up the spacing in between the two rows of links at the top, underneath the logo: http://wordpress.christiansongwriters.org I tried editing the css file that came with the Ocadia theme I modified, but line spacing changes I make there don’t seem to do anything. I just want to tighten the spacing up a bit to match my other pages. Thanks so much for any help!
