[Plugin: NextGEN Gallery] Getting error while uploading images.

    I am using the NextGen Gallery plugin for creating galleries on my site. I am using version 1.9.2.

    But When try to upload an image to a gallery, The images successfully adds to the gallery but on uploading it displays Error and after creating the thumbnail it displays a failure occurred.

    But When I went to the gallery I saw there that the image has been successfully uploaded. Then What is the problem and why it displays errors?
