Safari / IE issues

    Hi

    my site is http://cashonwheels.co.uk and i am having certain issues in safari and IE ( all versions ) as follows.

    Safari – The orange NEXT button on the form overlaps the form, i cant find out why.

    In IE the orange button shadow has disappeared.

    Would you be able to help me resolve these issues please
