newbie question

Hi

I’m brand new to wordpress and have to say I love it but i have an importance question to ask.

I uploaded a theme to my website http://www.youandyourfitness.co.uk and I’m busy editing and changing images etc.

However I’ve seen the woocommerce plugin and would really like to add this to my site. Ive downloaded it but can’t see the menus anywhere ( i have edited the menus on the theme I have upload so one says store).

Is this due to the theme I have or is there a setting i have to alter?

or can it not be done?

If I want the site to be a blog site and a e-commerce store (for amazon and other affiliates) am I on the right track? I don’t want to get rid of my theme as the blogging about the fitness and sports is important and links in with the store.
