Like button and hotmail login

Hi,
I need to have a like button for my post (not the fb like but wordpress users like) How can i get that? I saw a lot of fb like button but i want a like button for my wordpress users?
May be a like button similar to the like button in this post. I don;t know which plugin is that. Can anyone help?

Also, I saw a lot of social login plugins which had twitter, fb, yahoo, google, etc. I want something which has hotmail as well along with yahoo & google.
