• Plugin installs ok, I put in the App ID and App Secret, click “SAVE” and then I get a mostly blank screen, with just some of the Tools dashboard buttons displaying on the left side. No content in the center, no toolbar at top. When I click the “Add Link to Facebook” Tool link it starts everything over like nothing happened, still with the warning that it needs configuration. I can’t get past this part of the install.

It is not an issue with memory.

here are the other plugins i have currently activated

    Artiss YouTube Embed
    Exec-PHP
    Google Analytics for WordPress
    Mingle Forum
    NextGEN Gallery

    Try disabling Mingle forum

I deactivated Mingle, reactivated Add Link to Facebook and tried again, same issue.

It could also be a filter placed by your hosting provider. Try disabling all plugins and switching to the default theme (Twenty Ten/Eleven). As far as I know you are the only one having this problem, nevertheless I like to know the cause of this (there is always something to learn).

That’s too bad, our site is live and I really don’t want to make those changes. I’ll have to find another solution.
