path to WordPress installation directory path

    Want to use Dropbox backup and need to determine the path to my WordPress installation directory.

    Where so I find it?

    That’s going to be hosting specific most likely… you’ll need to check on your server/host.

    Different hosts have different paths, but you should be able to find it from your cpanel/control panel. For instance on godaddy mine looked like

    home/content/r/v/o/rvoodoo/html/wordpress

    but on bluehost it looks like

    home6/rvoodoog/public_html/wordpress
