Layout

I have a fansite running off of wordpress. I want to buy a custom designed layout for the wordpress site but I have no idea how I would go about setting it all up at all the coding, templates are all too confusing. Does anyone know anybody that designs custom wordpress templates and also offer coding and setup? I really could use it.
