Post Title Showing, content disappears

Hi Folks, I want to start off by saying, I know just enough about this stuff to be dangerous.

My latest blog post shows the excerpt on the homepage fine, but when you click the title to read more, the title remains and the content disappears.

I disabled the plug-ins, one at a time and nothing changed. I changed the post permalink name and it came back. I changed it back to the old name and it disappeared.

I then disabled ALL plug-ins and nothing, but when I reactivated them it came back again.

Any ideas why this may have happened and how I can avoid this going forward?
