CSS/HTML Positioning and Color Issues

I’m just getting my site to look like I want but I’ve run into a few issues I’ve not been able to muddle through on my own. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I’m haveing problems raising the “Pages” level with the left column title.

How do I get a colons to appear after the “Pages” and “Links” List titles?

I’d like to change the color of the month heading directly above the calendar.

I’d like to get the “Links” heading to match the formating of the rest of group headings.

There are other issues as well with changing the form background colors universally but I’m thinking I can figure that out in due time.
