Appearance Menu error

    When ever I try to change anything in the appearance menu I get an error. This just started happening
    Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/content/79/8730979/html/wp-admin/nav-menus.php on line 341

    Any help or a point in the correct direction will be appreciated. Thanks
