Can't download plugin

I developed and uploaded a plugin on Subversion Repository but no one can visit it’s page when s/he is logged out of wordpress.org . and when visitor is logged in s/he can see the plugin page but when clicks on download link a page shows saying “404 File not found”

my plugin is Advanced Iranian Widget

Someone posted here that my plugin is spam but I rechecked uploaded codes and linked pages and there were no problem. she probably mixed up Advanced Iranian Widget with this plugin.
