Hi,
Could you post your site URL please? If you’d prefer to keep it private, you can submit a support ticket here.
Thanks,
Tim
Thanks a lot for your reply.
I’m so sorry to say that I couldn’t access the url you wrote above. So I write a message to you on your own website. Please check it.
Thanks,
Kenny
Kenny: it looks like your site isn’t accessible. When I run tests on it, I either get empty responses from the server or I my connection is blocked by the server. In order for Jetpack to work, your server needs to be accessible for two-way communication with WordPress.com.
I’m having trouble connecting my newly self-hosted website (through Bluehost) with Jetpack to WordPress.com.
Every time I press the “Connect to WordPress.com” I am getting an error message “site_id_invalid” which says that my site is already connected to WordPress. My site is NOT connected though, and I am not able to use any of Jetpack’s features (site stats, spell check, etc.)
Thanks,
Nicole
I have the same problem, can anybody please check my site for me ? the address is
“http://www.ip-guard.net/blog”.
yinfy: I thought it was the same reason that your site wasn’t accessible. It was the problem of server side.
Nicole: I don’t know what’s wrong with your site. But you can refer this topic.
