Post in Page

Within the main page of my site (http://www.GreatBlighty.com) I update a particular part of it on a weekly basis. At the moment I go in and edit the page. Is there any way of being able to enter a start and finish piece of code that then always references a particular post (which I will then update rather than the page itself).

E.g.
