Comments and date redirects as a permalink

http://blog.alexwebsterdesigns.com is my blog that I am working on. What is going on if you click on One comment or the date on the post it redirects to my home page of my website. What can I do to get it so that I can make it so the comments can work again and the dates are back to default.
