Not able to import a wordpress.com site.

    I am using wordpress 3.3.1. I have a blog on wordpress.com and I wanted to transfer it to wordpress.org. I exported it from there and now when I try to import it on my site. I have installed WordPress Importer 0.5. But when I click on “WordPress” under the import option, I get this:

    Before you can upload your import file, you will need to fix the following error:

    Unable to create directory /www/zxq.net/w/e/b/webograffiti/htdocs/wp-content/uploads. Is its parent directory writable by the server?

    I don’t know how to fix this error. Please help.

    I created a directory “uploads” in wp-content and it worked a half way.
    Now the error is:

    The uploaded file could not be moved to /www/zxq.net/w/e/b/webograffiti/htdocs/wp-content/uploads.
