Add Navigation Bar

    I want to add a second line to the navigation bar in order to display more page titles. I am using egamer theme and imagine I just need to make the current navbar wider as when I add a new page title it wraps around and is displayed over the categories navbar, however I am having difficulty widening the page navbar area. Maybe this is the wrong approach? Anyone know how to accomplish this?
