[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Doesnt Send Email

Contact Form 7 has such great functionality that I’ve tried repeatedly to install it on client’s sites, but on almost every site tried it wont send the email to the administrator — and the only way to get it to work is to install the WP Mail SMTP plugin.
