Invoice members

    Hi

    Is there a way wordpress cater for the following scenario?

    1. User registers on site
    2. User can only access members area once the administrator has approved the person registering.

    I am currently using the plugins Simplr User Registration Form Plus and Member Access.

    Can anyone point me in the right direction of which plugins to use or information about achieving this please?
