Piecemaker slider not rotating

Hi gurs and girls

I have an issue with the cleancorp theme I bought from templatesold.com
The index features piecemaker slider with 5 photos. I have checked in wp-admin and all the appropriate boxes are filled in to make it rotate. However, they don’t rotate automatically.

I contacted templatesold.com and they told me to ensure all the plugins that came with the template were installed, which they are.

Please can anyone help me, there was a thread about this about 6 months ago which has now been closed?
