[Plugin: Tweet This] Wrong Shortlink

Hello,
I just realize that if I got Tweet This plugin, my shortlinks are wrong.
They go “<link rel=’shortlink’ href=’http://domine.com/?p=http://domine.com/?p=135014&#8242; />” instead of href=’http://domine.com/?p=135014&#8242;
Do you know how to solve it?
