Adding thumbnails using Thumboo

I’ll appreciate any advice. I want to add thumbnail images of the links featured on my webpages. I thought of using “Shrink the Web”, but the free version doesn’t allow linking to interior pages, so I thought of going with Thumboo. I simply cannot figure out how to get it to work. I understand about generating the code, but I just don’t know what I need to insert into the webpage in order to get the images to show.
