Need help with RSS/Facebook/Twitter Widgets not working

Hi I’m new to using wordpress & this forum (have always used Joomla in the past) and I need help with a theme called imbalance, was advised earlier that I can not get help here as I got theme from WP Shower? But the link below clearly shows somebody getting help with the imbalance theme so I am very confused.

I am not getting any help from WP Shower or the forum so if anybody can hep me out with a bit of advice i would really appreciate it, I know it is something really simple that I am missing.
