[Plugin: GooglePlus Author Connect] Breaks admin dashboard page

After installing and activating googleplus-author-connect plugin, admin dashboard replaced with plugin configure page.
After de-activating error message received when opening admin dashboard – You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page –
Delete all plugin files to fix problem
