Nove setting up

Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help.
I have today installed wordpress using the tutorial on wpcandy.com http://wpcandy.com/teaches/how-to-install-wordpress

I can now open http://yourdomain.com/wp-admin/install.php and see the wordpress administration pages. I have started changing some settings and getting to grips with the functionality etc. Whenever I click on Vist Site to see the changes I am making it takes me to a holding page.
Have I done something wrong with the setup?

Would appreciate help.
