Cannot add image

    hi guys. please help me. i’m stuck

    “add image”
    “add audio”
    “add video” icons on the upper left corner of pages disappeared. it is replaced by “add media” but when I click it nothing happens. what’s happening? i have tried 3 different themes.still not working
