[Plugin: Gravity Forms Highrise Add-on] Problem with settings form

The plugins doesn’t work on our website.
I think that it comes from the name of the fields
You said that : Note: Form entries must have First & Last Names for data to be saved to Highrise.

In the french version when you edit a field you have two tabs where we talk about label.

Where does i have to entry the first name ?
