Newbie Question

I have just uploaded the theme however the error message I am receiving states:

The Semiologic CMS plugin was not found!

Would this be the sem-admin plug-in and if so which dierctory would I upload it to? Would it be into the semiologic-en directory or into the wp-content directory?
