Check Popup problem

I’ve configured super popup plugin to show popup after 30 visits. I’ve set the permissions of theme images to 755 and used them as content for popup. It works fine when i view using preview, However it doesn’t show up on actual work. I think because of my cookies, my site is TrickTacToe. open the site and see if it is working. delay is set for 20 sec. Thanks
