Unusual comment issue

Ok–it seems like when someone else uses my name in comments –“Matt”, in the comments it show up as though I made the comment. Meaning that the Commenters name is highlighted and if you scroll over their name to see what their url is, its my site. Its almost as though the site is remembering “Matt” and applying my email address and url to anyone else who uses my name.

Has anyone run into this?
