Microsoft Live Writer posting garbled messes?

    Hello,
    My mother has a blog about cooking and she uses Microsoft’s Live Writer software to make her posts.
    Lately, it’s been posting garbled HTML instead of a post.

    I already went through the webhost and they tweaked some things but it was no help.

    Try: Just right of publish button, pull down menu (will show current blog by default)> select Manage Blog Accounts>In new window that pops up, select/highlight the blog (if more than one)>click edit button>click editing>click update theme….

    Also, are you using latest version of WLW?

    I have the same problem right now. It has nothing to do with the theme. I have also reinstalled WLW. this also happens with other applications like BlogDesk. Why is this happening?
